Residential scaffolding. Three storeys and under, everywhere from beachfront renovations to new builds on the range. The Coast throws more sloping blocks at you than most regions, and the base work is where residential quotes go wrong. Residential scaffolding.
Remedial scaffolding. The beachfront stock built through the eighties and nineties is now at the age where it needs re-roofing, repainting and new windows, and most of it is occupied while that happens. Access has to work around residents, deliveries and a body corporate. Remedial scaffolding.

Questions
Common questions
How far across the Coast do you travel?
Caloundra to Noosa along the coast, and west to Nambour, Palmwoods and up into the hinterland. If you're just outside that, ask anyway. For a job of any size we'll usually travel further, and we'd rather tell you yes or no on the phone than have you guess.
Do you handle the council permit for footpath scaffold?
We'll tell you which council you're dealing with, what the application needs and how long it takes, and we build the lead time into the program. The Coast runs two separate pathways, Sunshine Coast Regional Council and Noosa Shire, and they aren't interchangeable. Who lodges it depends on the job, so we agree that at quote stage rather than assuming.
Do you cover Noosa?
Yes. Worth knowing that Noosa Shire is its own council with its own permit process, so anything touching a footpath or road reserve in Hastings Street or Noosaville runs on a different timeline to the same job in Maroochydore. We factor that in when we price it.
How quickly can you get to site?
For a quote, we aim to walk most Coast sites within a couple of days and get the price back inside 24 hours of that. For the erect itself, it depends what's booked and how much gear the job wants. Tell us your date early and we'll tell you straight whether we can hold it.
Does coastal wind change what you build?
On beachfront work, yes. Wind loading drives tie spacing, bracing and how much containment or shrink wrap the facade will take, and it's the thing most often underestimated on a tower job. Inland it's rarely the constraint. We price the elevation you've actually got.
